SHIPPING SERVICE
We use The Courier Guy for reliable delivery. Choose the Economy or Express service option at checkout to suit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout, so you’ll see the exact cost with no added fees.
Delivery timeframes range between 48 to 96 hours, depending on your location. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend planning ahead.
Our courier service covers most addresses across South Africa and operates Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Please note that delivery is unavailable on weekends and public holidays.
CALUCULATION OF SHIPPING COSTS
Where possible we use the courier satchel's, the most economic option.
All consignments are calculated on the greater of the total actual mass or total volume of the item per waybill.
Our online system defaults to the economy shipping rate option for Main Centre's and Region deliveries.
Let us know if you want your consignment in a hurry before you place your order. We'll offer you a quote so that you can make an informed decision about service choice.
You will receive an email confirming your consignment tracking number once dispatched.
RETURNS POLICY
Your positive experience is important to us.
Sometimes errors are made during packaging.
Should you not be happy with your purchase, please contact us with your order number. We would like to follow up on the matter, offer information and guide you about returns.
You are welcome to return any purchased goods within 7 days of receiving the item. We will accept unused goods for return that are still in their original packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
LATE DELIVERIES
Unforeseen circumstances may prolong delivery times e.g., power outages, vehicle hijacking, adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.
However, if your order has not been delivered after the estimated times shown, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
