Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop start date. This is due to the commitment of resources and preparation required to
deliver a high-quality experience.
We understand that unexpected situations, such as illness or emergencies, may arise. Our cancellation policy for such cases is as follows:
A credit equal to the full amount of the registration fee will be issued and can be applied to any of our future TBR workshops. This credit will be valid for up to 12 months from the original workshop date. You may designate a substitute to attend in your place at no additional cost. This must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before the workshop begins. We may request documentation in cases of illness or emergency to process these options.
Drawn In reserves the right to cancel a workshop should there be insufficient participant numbers.
In the event of cancellation by Drawn In, we will inform you by 10 February 2025. You will have the options of a transfer to the next TBR workshop, or a full refund will be offered.
