We understand that unexpected situations, such as illness or emergencies, may arise. Regrettably, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop start date. This is due to the commitment of resources and preparation required to deliver a high-quality experience.

Our cancellation policy for such cases is as follows:

• Credit Option: A credit equal to the full amount of the registration fee will be issued and can be applied to any of our future bikablo® workshops. This credit will be valid for up to 12 months from the original workshop date.
• Substitute Attendee: You may designate a substitute to attend in your place at no additional cost. This must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before the workshop begins.
• Documentation: We may request documentation in cases of illness or emergency to process these options.

Cancellation by Drawn In: Drawn In reserves the right to cancel a workshop should there be insufficient participant numbers. A full refund will be made on your workshop bookings up to 30 days before the workshop date.
